IMPORTATION AND EXPORTATION
We provide all import and export services under all available Incoterms in the following modalities
• LCL: Consolidated cargo, a full container is not necessary.
• FCL: Containerized cargo, in 20-foot (TEU) or 40-foot (FEU) containers.
• SPECIAL FCL: Cargo in Open Top (OT) containers, Flat Rack (FLR) containers of 20 and 40 feet, and 45-foot containers.
AIR MODE Air freight, where it's crucial to consider both volume and weight, as space or volume is critical in this mode of transport.
• DTA: International multimodal transportation service by land. (Applies to Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru, and Chile)
• COURIER: Service for cargo weighing less than 50 kilograms under Incoterms DDU or DDP.
VEHICLE EXPORT
We are experts in shipping these rolling gems to any destination worldwide. We specialize in sending consolidated shipments in 40' HC containers, especially to the United States, Dubai, Gothenburg, Rotterdam, Hamburg, Canada, and Puerto Rico, among others.
We reach any place in the world where there are buyers for these vehicles. We assist in processing the paperwork before DIJIN for inspection and approval

RO/RO
In this service modality, everything enters rolling and everything exits rolling, this is what RO/RO refers to. We have special vessels for the transportation of self-propelled vehicles, allowing the transportation of large quantities of them without the need to send each one in a container.
These ships function as immense floating parking lots that allow for large volumes of units and are simply loaded and unloaded through a giant gate on the side of the ship, eliminating excessive handling that could jeopardize vehicles or rolling machinery. We handle everything from construction materials to roofing elements, wood, insulation, structural steels, sanitary facilities, fuel, and pipes.
BREAK BULK
We are experts in handling this type of extraordinary or oversized cargo, to and from anywhere in the world. This type of cargo is coordinated under special liner terms to ensure total service coverage, as not properly using these terms can lead to additional costs due to not considering additional loading fees at origin or destination, and even storage costs alongside the ship. Customs
We always advise our clients to first identify the tariff classification of their product in import or export before reviewing their logistics costs.
The tariff classification is like the ID or passport of your products in Colombia and abroad. Taxes depend on it, as well as the documents, certificates, licenses, or permits required when importing or exporting your cargo from each country.
Our team will help you validate the tariff classifications to ensure customs certainty in your projects.

Cargo Insurance
We have an excellent insurance rate that covers the international journey as well as the national and urban transit for imports. Sometimes, the client contracts insurance with the international supplier (CIF), but this policy will never cover the national journey from the ports to the interior cities of their destination. Similarly, for exportation, the national and international journey to the destination port applies. For this reason, our policy is the best option with special rates for our clients. As they say, 'It's better to have insurance and not need it than to need it and not have it.
Courier
We can handle imports and exports in this modality to and from anywhere in the world, provided the following conditions are met:
• The box or boxes must not exceed a total weight of 50 kg.
• The dimensions of the boxes must not exceed 125 cm in any of their dimensions (Length X Width X Height)
• There must not be more than 5 units of the same reference
• For imports, the FOB value must not exceed USD 2000.00
• In exportation, the FOB value must not exceed USD 5000.00.
• The volumetric weight must be calculated as follows: Length in cm X Width in cm X Height in cm, and then divide the total by 5000
• Once the cargo arrives in Bogotá or its destination in exportation, any applicable taxes must be paid before proceeding with the transit to the final address of the beneficiary
OTM transport and free zone warehouses
We have the best OTM (Multimodal Transport) partners that allow the importer to bring their goods to a free trade zone, where we have the best storage warehouses. The advantage of a free trade zone is that it is considered a zone outside the national customs territory, so you can partially nationalize and pay taxes for what is needed without having to pay full taxes for the entire cargo. This, among other tax advantages and logistical ease within cities.
